Here is an example of a dish that is good for the eyes:

Leafy green vegetables: They are a natural source of lutein and zexanthin which also contain fiber, minerals and various vitamins.

Citrus fruits and berries: They are very rich in vitamin C.

Beans: For example, almonds are a very high source of vitamin E.

Fish: Salmon, tuna, anchovies and mackerel are very rich in DHA.

Eggs: The yolk part of the egg is also a source of lutein and zeaxanthin.

2. Do eye exercises

In addition to nutrition, you also need to practice simple eye exercises to maintain optimal vision levels.

Do it before bed, after waking up or at any time when your eyes feel uncomfortable.

The method is as follows:

  • Place the palms of the hands on both eyes with the eyes closed for a few seconds.
  • Rotate your eyeball by looking up, down and rotate it slowly clockwise several times.
  • Focus your eyes on a stationary object. For example, you can use a pen, zoom in and out a few times to get good focus.
  • Massage your forehead. Do this slowly in a circular motion several times. After the forehead, massage the eyebrows, under the eyes and the sides of the nose.
  • Finally, lean your body back, close your eyes, rest and relax for a few minutes.

3. Get a break for the eyes

Like other limbs, the eyes also need rest. It is very important especially if you are an individual who regularly faces the computer every day in the office or at school.
